Base Salary

$78k - $148k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications and enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions with functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop APIs, web services, and integrations using PeopleSoft Integration Broker, REST, SOAP, Component Interfaces, and PeopleTools.
  • Troubleshoot application and integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Optimize performance and modernize legacy customizations and integrations.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, documentation, and guidance on PeopleSoft development standards.
  • Use AI-assisted tools and practices to improve development efficiency, software quality, and team performance.
  • Support a positive, inclusive, collaborative, and psychologically safe organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience appropriate to the assignment, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
  • Experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules, preferably Recruiting and Admissions.
  • Proficiency with Application Engine programs, Application Packages, PeopleCode, and PeopleTools.
  • Knowledge of PeopleTools APIs and objects, including Arrays, Rowsets, Rows, Records, SQL, Messages, Application Packages, JSON, and XMLDoc.
  • Strong experience with relational databases and SQL, including complex queries, joins, and data manipulation statements.
  • Experience developing REST and SOAP web services and working with JSON- and XML-based integrations.
  • Knowledge of or experience with the PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface.
