Responsibilities
- Develop software that improves productivity across all departments at HRT.
- Write a custom MCP wrapper around internal resources.
- Fine-tune a new code completion model.
- Deploy a new coding assistant for developers and researchers.
- Develop evaluations and iterate on an autonomous coding agent.
- Collaborate with security to enhance AI sandboxing.
- Present and educate users on best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in Python, with daily use of the most recent standards preferred.
- Experience with C++ and JavaScript (TypeScript, React) is a plus.
- Familiarity with the AI tooling ecosystem and experience with coding assistants.
- Strong design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UNIX operating systems, particularly Linux.
