Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers.
- Design and build custom workflows with clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Build tooling, scripts, and automation for faster deployments.
- Provide actionable insights to Product and Engineering based on customer interactions.
- Document and train customers to ensure they can operate independently.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a forward deploy, implementation engineering, or customer-facing technical role.
- Proficient in coding with Python, JS, SQL, or similar languages.
- Strong knowledge of integration protocols like REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, and ideally FHIR/HL7.
- Ability to manage ambiguous, high-stakes problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience working with enterprise customers or health systems is a plus.
