Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers, including EMR integrations, SSO, SCIM provisioning, data pipelines, and security configuration.
- Design and build custom clinical workflows with clinical and operational stakeholders using hands-on coding.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the stack while coordinating with Engineering and customers.
- Build tooling, scripts, and automation to make deployments faster, more reliable, and easier to scale.
- Provide field intelligence to Product and Engineering to inform the roadmap.
- Document processes, train users, and build internal knowledge so customers can operate independently.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in forward deployment, implementation engineering, or a customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise software.
- Ability to write code using Python, JavaScript, SQL, or comparable tools.
- Strong working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and ideally FHIR and HL7 integration protocols.
- Experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes technical problems end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex integration issues to both technical and clinical stakeholders.
- Experience working embedded with enterprise customers or health systems is preferred.
