Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs.
- Lead technical delivery across the full software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities.
- Develop clean abstractions and platform APIs for complex workflows.
- Build and maintain secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate environment provisioning.
- Embed observability and operational excellence into the platform.
- Ensure scalability and maintainability of backend and cloud systems.
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within the team.
- Apply AI-assisted tooling to enhance developer productivity.
Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Deep understanding of web frameworks like Django and FastAPI.
- Strong system design and architecture capabilities.
- Familiarity with modern AI-driven development practices.
- Strong foundation in AWS cloud services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excited about working in-person in Menlo Park.
