Base Salary
$110k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build analytics infrastructure for interactive exploration and slicing of population-level health data.
- Design and develop self-service dashboarding capabilities for defining, customizing, and sharing care-quality metrics.
- Develop services and APIs for metric definition, computation, and monitoring.
- Optimize query performance and data modeling through aggregation, caching, and storage-layout strategies.
- Implement secure, reliable, high-performance cloud services with tenant isolation and access control.
- Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver production-ready clinical analytics features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience building, deploying, and operating scalable cloud services using .NET/C#, Python, or a similar language.
- Experience with data, OLAP, analytics technologies, analytical databases, BI and dashboarding tools, or reporting-oriented data modeling.
- Solid backend development experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures on platforms such as Azure.
- Working knowledge of SQL and query-performance and data-modeling tradeoffs.
- Preferred experience includes embedded analytics, dashboarding, multi-tenant architectures, row-level security, tenant data isolation, healthcare data, clinical quality measures, health informatics, containerized deployments, observability, and production-service operations.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Base pay of $110,000 to $145,000, with certain roles potentially eligible for incentive pay and stock options.
