Base Salary

Responsibilities

Design, write, and iterate prompts that generate structured, high-quality AI-driven content.
Build and maintain scalable prompt frameworks across multiple formats and use cases.
Test AI outputs, identify failure modes, and systematically improve results through iteration.
Define and enforce rules, constraints, and schemas to ensure consistency and reliability.
Evaluate content quality across accuracy, engagement, repeatability, and structure.
Develop, prototype, and validate new content formats from concept to production-ready systems.
Run experiments to compare prompt variations and scale successful approaches.
Collaborate with stakeholders using generative AI platforms and structured workflows.
Maintain documentation and clarity around prompt logic, systems, and expected outputs.

2+ years of hands-on experience designing and iterating prompts for generative AI systems.
2+ years of experience working with structured content or data formats like JSON.
2+ years of demonstrated analytical problem-solving experience.
Strong writing skills with attention to clarity, tone, and structured communication.
Proven ability to translate vague requirements into clear rules and repeatable outputs.
Ability to work independently and manage experimentation cycles.
