Responsibilities
- Participate in customer project kick-offs and act as the central technical liaison among customers, regional experts, and development teams.
- Create WMS/WES/WCS process flowcharts, specifications, simulation scenarios, and development specifications.
- Translate solution designs into development tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead technical collaboration with software developers across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
- Oversee and validate solutions through Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests.
- Deliver customer training and system handovers and provide hands-on technical support during go-live.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for critical on-site issues.
- Support implementation-process improvements, lessons learned, agile development, and sprint practices.
- Provide senior technical expertise during sales phases for large-scale and complex projects.
- Maintain project quality, schedule, and budget while supporting customer adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or university degree in computer science, systems, software, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in solution design, technical architecture, or senior consulting, ideally in logistics or industrial automation.
- Experience collaborating with developers and understanding development structures and software architecture, including frontend, backend, and cloud computing structures.
- Basic experience with C# full-stack development, .NET, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, GitLab, GitHub, Jira, frontend UI/HMI, and DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of SAP interfaces, OPC-UA, REST, TCP/IP, MQTT, Modbus, JSON, HTML, and XML.
- Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, PLC, SCADA, automation technology, robotics, and intralogistics processes.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong customer focus, communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Strategic thinking, technical attention to detail, autonomy, initiative, collaboration, and willingness to travel at least 20% across EMEA.
