Responsibilities

Own the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of scalable customer-centric software using the .NET stack.
Drive complex system integrations between the GuidingCare and Wellframe platforms.
Translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions with multidisciplinary teams.
Establish engineering excellence standards through code reviews, technical guidance, and mentorship.
Shape and own the technical roadmap and the technical health of the team’s services.
Lead a team of software engineers while remaining hands-on with code and architecture.
Drive adoption of AI coding assistants, agentic AI workflows, and innovative technologies.
Participate in on-call rotations supporting team-owned systems.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 10 years of professional software development experience.
Expertise with the Microsoft C#-based technology stack, including ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and T-SQL.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
Experience with HTML5, Web Services/SOAP, XML, JSON, WCF, Web APIs, JavaScript, and client-side frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Experience with SQL Server, relational databases, SQL queries, Git, Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, and containerization.
Experience using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, and Claude for development, architecture design, and problem-solving.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and cross-team technical leadership skills.
Preferred familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Docker, SaaS platforms, open-source projects or technology communities, and production AI-powered features or agentic AI solutions.
