Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems and services focused on trading connectivity.
- Integrate new liquidity providers into the Talos network.
- Own the integration process from requirements gathering through collaboration with external technical teams, testing, and production deployment.
- Improve the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of the Talos platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, support, and clients on solutions supporting the full trade lifecycle.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of software engineering experience, ideally with Go or Java; prior Go experience is not required.
- BEng, MEng, BSc, or MSc in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and debug complex integration issues efficiently.
- Track record of building and working with sophisticated backend systems with high performance and reliability.
- Experience in financial technology, crypto, or traditional finance is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
