Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end procurement and CLM architecture with Sirion as the contract system of record and SAP as the transactional backbone.
- Lead Sirion CLM solution design, including contract templates, clause libraries, workflow orchestration, approvals, obligation tracking, and compliance monitoring.
- Evaluate, onboard, integrate, and rationalize procurement SaaS applications across sourcing, supplier lifecycle management, CLM, spend analytics, and P2P.
- Map SaaS platforms to procurement workstreams and define standardized workflows, data flows, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Design SAP ecosystem integrations using APIs, OData, IDocs, and middleware such as SAP CPI, MuleSoft, and Boomi.
- Define unified procurement data models and enable reporting for contract compliance, obligations, spend, and supplier analytics.
- Drive adoption of generative AI for contract intelligence and workflow automation while evaluating emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT leadership and serve as design authority from design through deployment.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in solution design or enterprise architecture.
- At least five years of contract lifecycle management experience, with Sirion preferred and mandatory for the platform expertise.
- Strong experience with procurement SaaS ecosystems, SAP integration, SaaS onboarding, and enterprise fitment analysis.
- Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management and procurement lifecycles including S2C, P2P, and SLM.
- Proven Sirion CLM design and configuration experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP MDG, APIs, OData, IDocs, SAP CPI, MuleSoft, and Boomi.
- Strong knowledge of data modelling and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience with procurement SaaS platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, and niche sourcing tools.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, enterprise middleware, and procurement data platforms; Snowflake, Azure, and GCP are preferred.
