Base Salary
$105k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution delivery for new implementations and enhancements to existing customer implementations.
- Design and configure applications and integrations, including data flows between Ryder customers and Ryder applications.
- Translate business needs into requirements, project estimates, solution documentation, and implementation plans.
- Manage internal and external customer requirements, project scope, change requests, risks, and weekly status reporting.
- Plan and support testing, defect resolution, system readiness, and operational readiness for go-live.
- Facilitate requirements discussions and troubleshooting among business owners, Ryder customers, and IT development teams.
- Build and certify Retail Compliance labels for customer implementations.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and provide leadership or performance management for assigned team members when applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT management, supply chain management, computer science, engineering, accounting, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of IT solution delivery or implementation experience.
- At least 2 years of supply chain management experience, including 3PL or 4PL experience.
- Required proficiency with ZPL.
- Preferred experience with transportation management and/or distribution management technology.
- Preferred intermediate knowledge of transportation management technologies, warehouse management technologies, system integration design, and industry practices.
- Preferred beginner-level knowledge of Agile project management.
- Strong documentation, problem-solving, data interpretation, decision-making, client-facing, relationship-building, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
