Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and ship production-grade code for voice AI systems.
- Own deployments end-to-end, from discovery to rollout.
- Drive progress in ambiguous situations and evolving constraints.
- Deploy solutions across cloud, VPC, and on-prem environments.
- Diagnose and resolve integration failures and performance bottlenecks.
- Identify new use cases and prototype solutions for customer adoption.
- Surface customer insights to influence engineering and product roadmaps.
- Transform one-off solutions into repeatable playbooks and templates.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in building and operating production software systems.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals with a track record of reliability.
- Experience integrating APIs and distributed services into real-world infrastructure.
- Comfort operating in cloud and containerized environments like AWS and GCP.
- Ability to navigate enterprise constraints such as security and networking.
- Proven problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
- High ownership and a bias for action in project execution.
- Clear communication skills for engaging with senior technical stakeholders.
