Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade Palantir Foundry solutions for healthcare data and operational engagements.
- Build production-grade batch, streaming, and change-data-capture data pipelines using Foundry capabilities and Google Cloud services.
- Develop user-facing applications, custom widgets, and operational workflows with Workshop, OSDK, React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Design scalable BigQuery data warehouse solutions, including query optimization, partitioning, clustering, and legacy warehouse migration.
- Apply Foundry governance and security capabilities to support HIPAA-compliant data handling.
- Partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Mentor engineers, establish technical standards, and shape technical strategy across critical engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical consulting, including 2+ years building solutions with Palantir Foundry.
- Strong programming experience with Python, SQL, TypeScript, and/or Java, plus expertise with PySpark, Pandas, Polars, and DuckDB.
- Deep expertise with the Foundry Ontology, including Object Types, Link Types, Action Types, Interfaces, Functions, and OSDK development.
- Experience with Pipeline Builder, Incremental Pipelines, Data Connections, Connectors, Syncs, and Scheduling.
- Experience building applications with Workshop, OSDK, React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform services including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions.
- Knowledge of enterprise data governance and security features including Markings, Permissions, Restricted Views, Cipher, and ABAC.
- Preferred experience includes Palantir AIP, machine learning and BigQuery ML, healthcare or regulated-industry operations, leading teams of 3+ engineers, and developer tooling or platform enablement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
