Responsibilities
- Identify GTM workflow opportunities for agentic solutions, complex data models, and workflow automation.
- Map sales journeys and create blueprints for AI-enabled ways of working.
- Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from prototype through stable production.
- Build full-stack systems and production-grade agentic solutions that deliver customer value.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, manage trade-offs, and remove delivery blockers.
- Create demonstrations, proof-of-concept environments, tools, playbooks, and reusable building blocks.
- Embed with account teams, guide customer adoption, and build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Share field feedback with Research and Product teams about model performance and improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical and product support regarding new technologies and products.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of engineering or technical deployment experience involving customer- or internal-stakeholder-facing work.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS, with GCP preferred.
- A professional-level GCP certification is required; FDE training and certification is a plus.
- Experience strategizing, designing, architecting, and leading deployment of scalable solutions on GCP is strongly preferred.
- Expertise writing production-grade frontend and backend code using Python, JavaScript, or comparable technologies.
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by large language models or generative models, preferably using the Google stack or Anthropic.
- Ability to scope and deliver complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, architectural thinking, risk management, and decision-making skills, including comfort working with CXO-level stakeholders.
