Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Analyze, design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and support application solutions.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Create and maintain automated deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Apply systems design, architecture, development methods, tools, and techniques.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Core and Advanced Java, including object-oriented programming, collections, exception handling, and the Stream API.
- Strong Java and Spring Boot skills, with proficiency in Quarkus or comparable framework experience such as Spring.
- Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills.
- Experience with SQL databases and Git version control.
- Experience developing full-stack enterprise applications, APIs, microservices, testing, and troubleshooting solutions.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to GitLab, Nexus, Maven or Gradle, Docker, and cloud-native solutions.
- Understanding of application development and support lifecycles.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
- 7–12 years of experience is stated in the role description; the mandatory-skills section states 5–8 years.
