Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable applications, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
- Lead requirements gathering, technical design, project planning, implementation, and testing.
- Mentor engineers, provide architectural guidance, and lead small teams.
- Create technical documentation and communicate design decisions across teams.
- Identify and resolve defects through development, release, and post-production.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and improve risk and compliance capabilities.
- Influence technology direction, stay current with industry trends, and drive strategic decisions.
- Own ambiguous customer problems end to end and deliver robust solutions.
- Develop AI-enhanced applications using GenAI concepts and frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience designing and developing large-scale software solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with cloud solutions, particularly AWS.
- Strong familiarity with modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Passion for developing technical skills to serve customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work comfortably with ambiguity.
- Commitment to team success and positive team dynamics.
Benefits
- Eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
- Expected base pay range is $202,500–$274,000 for New York.
- Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
