Responsibilities
- Lead architecture discovery and create current-state, target-state, integration, data-flow, deployment, and technical-roadmap artifacts.
- Design agentic solutions covering orchestration, grounding, tool invocation, memory, context handling, failure recovery, and operational controls.
- Make platform and integration decisions across Microsoft AI services, Power Platform, Azure services, enterprise systems, and governed data platforms.
- Design secure integrations with systems of record, APIs, data pipelines, identity systems, and enterprise applications.
- Embed least privilege, identity propagation, tenant boundaries, privacy, auditability, responsible AI, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Lead prototypes, proofs of concept, MVPs, pilots, and scaled production services, contributing hands-on where needed.
- Define engineering standards, source control, CI/CD, solution packaging, testing, release management, monitoring, and operational support models.
- Lead technical readiness, performance, resilience, security, evaluation, and adversarial testing for non-deterministic AI systems.
- Act as senior technical design authority, present to architecture boards, coach multidisciplinary technical teams, and manage technical risks and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Microsoft account, technical, specialist seller, and engineering teams on validation, co-build, co-sell, joint propositions, and solution showcases.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Enterprise Architect, or senior engineering leader delivering complex Microsoft-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI, agentic, integration, data, or cloud solutions from design through production.
- Demonstrated architecture and delivery experience across multiple technologies listed in the posting.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems of record and governed data platforms.
- Practical knowledge of identity, data access, security, privacy, audit, responsible AI, and model-risk expectations.
- Experience defining and assuring non-functional requirements, engineering standards, testing, and production-readiness decisions.
- Experience engaging senior technology stakeholders and presenting to architecture boards or design authorities.
- Experience working with Microsoft teams or partner ecosystem motions, including technical validation, co-sell, co-build, or joint propositions.
- Strong client-facing communication, architecture governance, design assurance, and decision-making skills.
- Microsoft certifications across the Microsoft stack.
- Preferred: experience designing and implementing MCP servers or comparable enterprise-agent tool abstraction patterns.
- Preferred: experience in banking, insurance, wealth management, asset management, capital markets, payments, risk, compliance, finance, or operations technology.
