Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of customer projects and DevOps initiatives.
- Collaborate with customers, architects, and development teams to define and implement DevOps strategies.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Develop automation using Python, Shell scripting, and AWS services.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Drive platform reliability, availability, security, performance, monitoring, logging, and observability.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
- Lead solution design reviews, release planning, change management, customer training, and capability building.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on DevOps practices.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of IT experience with significant exposure to DevOps and cloud technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and Route53.
- Proficiency in Python programming, automation, and Shell scripting.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Knowledge of Linux administration, networking, security best practices, compliance, and operational standards.
- Experience with Git, version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
