Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance custom OneStream functionality using C# and the OneStream extensibility framework.
- Build and support custom planning applications, calculations, business logic, reusable platform components, register-based planning solutions, dashboards, workspaces, cube views, and user interfaces.
- Assume technical ownership of the OneStream application, including root-cause analysis, defect resolution, performance improvements, code reviews, deployments, regression testing, production support, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, rollforward, reporting, driver-based planning models, and custom planning workflows for Finance and FP&A teams.
- Develop and support integrations between OneStream and Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce, Databricks, and other enterprise platforms.
- Troubleshoot data management, metadata synchronization, and data transformations, including REST API and SQL-based integration solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on OneStream development experience.
- Strong experience developing custom OneStream solutions using C# and the OneStream extensibility framework.
- Proven experience with custom register-based planning solutions and complex multi-cube OneStream environments.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and management reporting.
- Experience with BRApi, Custom Business Objects, Extender APIs, Custom Tables, DataBuffers, Stage Tables, Dynamic Dashboards, Workspaces, Cube Views, and advanced data-processing techniques.
- Experience with Data Management, Metadata Management, Workflow configuration, Security, REST APIs, SQL, UAT, production deployment, and ongoing application support.
- Preferred qualifications include OneStream Certified Professional certification, enterprise-scale production planning application experience, implementation-partner transition experience, and familiarity with Application Control Manager, Solution Exchange components, and deployment management across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
