Responsibilities
- Champion AI-augmented development workflows and measure improvements in engineering velocity, quality, and innovation.
- Use Windsurf, Claude Code, and Model Context Protocols to accelerate software delivery and automate repetitive work.
- Design, develop, and implement LLM- and ML-powered cybersecurity solutions integrated with internal and third-party applications.
- Build RAG- and Autogen-enabled applications and embed LLM features into products and applications.
- Analyze model outputs to create and maintain meaningful insights for advanced analytics.
- Integrate machine learning models into production applications and data pipelines.
- Lead technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on AI-augmented development and machine learning for cybersecurity.
- Mentor team members and promote AI-driven engineering practices and continuous experimentation.
- Collaborate with the development community to support Agile practices and effective workflows.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience with Python, Java, service-oriented architecture, REST APIs, and AI/ML concepts and applications.
- At least 1 year of demonstrated experience building LLM and GenAI tools, including LangChain, RAG, fine-tuning, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- Experience developing machine-learning or LLM-based AI solutions using RAG or Autogen.
- Proficiency with scripting, SQL, Postgres, vector databases, container cloud deployments, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong technical foundation in computer science or systems engineering, with hands-on expertise in UNIX/Linux, networking, performance troubleshooting, and API-based system integration.
- Experience building scalable, resilient cloud-native solutions using modern cloud and container platforms.
- Experience with DevOps, configuration management tools, Git, Artifactory, modern CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
- Experience delivering high-volume, highly available enterprise applications in regulated environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
