Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, maintain, test, and validate AI agents and platform components on Agent Core MCP servers and MCP gateways.
- Build and manage scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and the AWS Boto3 SDK across multiple environments.
- Implement observability for logs and traces with OpenTelemetry and Datadog.
- Maintain platform security, high availability, cost optimization, operational stability, and compliance.
- Support AI researchers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and other engineering teams with infrastructure and deployment needs.
- Perform load testing, token cost measurement, resource optimization, vulnerability assessments, external audits, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automation, documentation, and third-party product evaluations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, workflows, platform engineering, and full-stack development.
- Proficiency in API design and integration and hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Datadog, and observability tooling.
- Coding experience in backend and automation languages such as Python, Node.js, or Go.
- Knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes/EKS, container orchestration, and cloud-native architectures.
- Extensive knowledge of security practices, cost optimization, and performance testing.
- Interest in and familiarity with Model Context Protocols and AI agent frameworks.
- Preferred: experience with AI/ML platforms or production AI-agent deployments, high-scale distributed systems, observability for complex systems, and AWS certifications.
