Base Salary

$255k - $383k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead Auth0 pursuit strategies for large, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Build and operationalize repeatable Auth0 sales motions and partner strategies.
  • Scale and institutionalize best practices to improve win rates and deal velocity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Key Account Directors and sales leadership.
  • Assist in developing frameworks to increase consistency across strategic deal cycles.
  • Support AI-driven sales initiatives across key industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pursuit discipline and storytelling excellence.
  • Engage with industry ecosystems to promote Okta’s leadership in AI-enabled identity sales.
  • Represent Okta in field events and strategic planning forums.
  • Surface field insights to inform global GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of presales engineering experience in customer identity and AI-related domains.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic sales programs and complex deal pursuits.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise sales.
  • Experience in developing C-level messaging focused on Auth0 value propositions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
