Base Salary
$138k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, high-quality production software solutions.
- Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure implementation meets design constraints.
- Build user experiences from wireframes and requirements in collaboration with UX/UI designers and product owners.
- Prototype features, gather user feedback, and iterate before full-scale development.
- Review and debug code while maintaining code quality, accessibility, performance, security, and resiliency standards.
- Develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets to support continuous software improvement.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation tools, validate generated outputs, and share reusable practices with the team.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
- Expertise with React, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of GraphQL for AEM content fragments and headless delivery.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and development in a large corporate environment.
- Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress or Playwright.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and agile environments.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to evaluate, validate, and refine their outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input/output handling, and engineering resiliency and security expectations.
- Preferred: exposure to AWS, familiarity with microservices architecture, and experience with AI-driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurfer.
