Base Salary
$130k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Establish Oracle Fusion architecture standards and governance models.
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives.
- Provide architectural oversight across ERP, EPM, Integration, Analytics, and OCI initiatives.
- Develop end-to-end architecture and solution blueprints leveraging Oracle technologies.
- Lead system design and implementation activities as the Oracle Fusion subject matter expert.
- Optimize business processes in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, HR, and Corporate Systems.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient cloud solutions.
- Deliver solutions that drive process simplification, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Define enterprise integration architecture leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud and APIs.
- Lead data migration, master data governance, and data quality strategies.
- Govern integration standards and ensure performance across enterprise applications.
- Drive solution quality, scalability, security, and performance across Oracle Cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with global teams throughout architecture and implementation lifecycles.
- Lead Oracle Cloud release planning and feature adoption activities.
- Champion collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise applications experience with 7+ years focused on Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion.
- Experience architecting and delivering multiple Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud architecture and related modules.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integration patterns and SaaS design principles.
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and security measures.
- Ability to lead cross-functional solution design across various applications.
- Experience leading at least three full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Oracle Cloud certifications are strongly preferred.
