Responsibilities
- Embed with client operational teams to identify costly or inefficient workflows and redesign their decision flows and handoffs around AI.
- Translate ambiguous, cross-functional business problems into executable technical plans.
- Rapidly prototype solutions and build the production components required by the redesigned workflow.
- Build and deploy agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or custom data pipelines when required by the workflow.
- Manage stakeholder alignment, escalate blockers early, and advise client teams directly.
- Pair with client employees, explain technical decisions, and enable them to operate and improve the delivered system.
- Implement telemetry, evaluation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop review to create ongoing feedback and improvement.
- Contribute production-tested patterns, infrastructure, and governance to future engagements.
Requirements
- Proven experience taking AI systems from prototype to production in a real operating environment rather than only in a lab or sandbox.
- Strong, current hands-on capability with LLM/RAG architectures, agentic systems, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
- Ability to map partly undocumented decision logic and determine where automation should stop and human accountability should begin.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including direct client advising and proactive escalation.
