Base Salary
$208k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver production-quality agentic AI systems end-to-end using Python, Go, and/or Java.
- Define and advance Ripple's Enterprise Agentic AI and developer platform architecture.
- Build and implement multi-agent orchestration patterns using frameworks like LangGraph and MCP.
- Run high-quality POCs on emerging agent architectures and create reusable platform services.
- Architect and implement data flywheels to improve agent quality through telemetry and feedback loops.
- Embed security and compliance into agent runtimes in partnership with relevant teams.
- Evaluate and integrate open-source and third-party agent platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems with hands-on coding in Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven ability to transition from idea to functional prototype to robust platform solution.
- Experience constructing agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration.
- Expert-level knowledge in Kubernetes, service mesh, and secure enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with benchmarking, regression testing, and observability systems.
- Strong understanding of performance tuning in hybrid environments.
