Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and integrate scalable custom software components across systems and applications.
- Build frontend and backend enterprise application components with seamless integration.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support integration and adoption.
- Deliver robust, high-performing solutions using engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with Java full-stack development, including SharePoint and Power BI or QlikView.
- Knowledge of at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
