Responsibilities
- Build autonomous and semi-autonomous customer-facing and internal systems.
- Own end-to-end product execution from prototypes to production systems.
- Work across the full stack, including APIs, orchestration, and frontend experiences.
- Partner with marketing and sales to define success metrics and requirements.
- Apply OpenAI models in innovative ways and iterate based on performance data.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software, product, or ML engineer.
- Experience building and operating complex systems in production.
- Fluency in Python or JavaScript and full-stack application development.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and production monitoring.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing workflows is a plus.
