Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation teams through all aspects of solution delivery.
- Translate customer requirements into technical Aras Innovator solutions.
- Lead or support proofs of concept for major prospective customers.
- Lead or support requirements definition, use-case development, and functional specification creation.
- Supervise and manage project-member tasks, including offshore members, and review deliverables.
- Oversee solution delivery across requirements definition, design, construction, and migration phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in enterprise systems implementation or business/IT consulting projects.
- Experience delivering enterprise PLM software implementations as an architect or in a comparable role.
- Deep understanding of large-scale enterprise systems implementation methods.
- Professional communication and documentation skills with customers and internal team members.
- Ability to perform data modeling for enterprise systems.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Preferred: experience in automotive, aerospace and defense, consumer products, high-tech electronics, or shipbuilding.
- Preferred: knowledge of engineering change management, phase-gate project management, quality-system processes, requirements management, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, manufacturing process planning, and MRO.
- Preferred: PMP or SAFe certification, Agile/Scrum team-lead experience, strong database and programming-language knowledge, and legacy-system data-migration experience.
