Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve test automation frameworks from scratch or within existing systems.
- Use Playwright with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python to implement automation solutions.
- Apply AI in the software testing lifecycle and validate non-deterministic responses and AI models.
- Build and deploy GenAI systems using LLMs, RAG, multi-agent frameworks, graph-based memory, and LLM tool-use patterns.
- Develop and maintain AI systems in production environments while optimizing performance at scale.
- Collaborate with teams and communicate effectively while solving complex automation and AI engineering problems.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of total experience in AI/ML or software engineering, including at least two years of hands-on GenAI experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; the posting also lists a Bachelor of Engineering and MBA among required fields of study.
- Proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python, with strong programming skills.
- Practical experience implementing AI in the software testing lifecycle and validating non-deterministic responses or AI models.
- Experience with LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude 2, and Gemini, plus RAG systems and multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or AutoGen.
- Knowledge of software testing types, version control, continuous integration, software engineering practices, and cloud-native deployments.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with tool-using agents, memory-augmented or cognitive architectures, open-source GenAI contributions, Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and production AI optimization.
