Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve tailored, near-standard ServiceNow solutions while minimizing technical debt.
- Gather, analyze, and structure requirements and provide functional support to internal departments.
- Own holistic solution design aligned with business, specification, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Ensure the security, quality, and stability of supported products and solutions throughout their lifecycle.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow ITOM Visibility, Health, and Event Management solutions.
- Drive CMDB data quality, governance, and integration strategies for ITOM and Asset Management use cases.
- Architect event ingestion, correlation, and operational intelligence solutions across global environments.
- Define integrations with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and external data sources.
- Align ITOM capabilities with HAM and SAM for end-to-end transparency.
- Embed ServiceNow AI capabilities and intelligent automation into ITOM solutions.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams and stakeholders as a central member of the DevOps product team.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science.
- 8+ years of professional experience and proven success as a ServiceNow Solution Architect in relevant ServiceNow products.
- In-depth experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Visibility, Health, and Event Management in a global enterprise environment.
- Proven expertise in CMDB architecture, Discovery, Service Mapping, and event correlation.
- Experience integrating monitoring tools and AIOps platforms.
- Solid understanding of HAM and SAM and their integration with ITOM.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts applied to IT operations, including predictive analytics and intelligent automation.
- Understanding of data-driven architectures and the ability to leverage AI for operational insights.
- Experience working in agile structures and implementing agile and hybrid projects with strong teamwork skills.
- ServiceNow or Full Stack development knowledge is advantageous.
- ITIL Foundation Level and project management certification are advantageous.
