Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver scalable and resilient solutions across legacy and modern platforms.
  • Lead architecture for risk, regulatory, resiliency, and platform modernization initiatives.
  • Define target architectures and pragmatic transition roadmaps.
  • Review designs, support implementation, and build proofs of concept as a hands-on technical leader.
  • Design data-intensive and calculation-heavy systems, including ETL and processing pipelines.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Engineering, Risk, and architecture governance teams.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, operational supportability, and controls.
  • Represent the domain in architecture forums and influence strategic decisions.
  • Mentor engineers and improve engineering and architectural practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Lead in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience working with legacy systems and distributed architectures.
  • Deep expertise in AWS, data platforms, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong development background in SQL, Python, Java or C# (.NET), and Angular.
  • Experience designing highly resilient, scalable, and secure systems.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, controls, and regulatory environments.
  • Experience operating in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI/ML or intelligent automation use cases.
  • Ability to balance ideal architecture with real-world constraints and manage complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in financial markets, index or benchmark platforms, or market data is a preferred qualification.
  • Exposure to BPM and workflow automation tools is a preferred qualification.
