Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver mobile product features.
- Architect and implement complex iOS application features.
- Develop and evolve Motorway’s in-house Server-Driven UI framework.
- Build and maintain mobile infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, App Store deployment workflows, and automated UI testing.
- Champion mobile engineering best practices and high-quality standards.
- Analyze the details of the user interface and overall app experience.
- Develop an understanding of the backend systems supporting the application.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing iOS applications using modern mobile platform frameworks and features.
- Proficiency with Swift, SwiftUI, and Swift Packages.
- Experience building and delivering successful products from scratch.
- Proven ability to ship impactful, high-scale mobile applications.
- Experience building complex reusable modules is valued.
- Experience integrating modern ML/AI technology into app journeys is valued.
- Practical experience with Server-Driven UI, A/B testing, or full-stack development is a bonus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with initiative and ownership.
