Responsibilities

  • Develop deployment automation using C#, .NET, PowerShell, Python, and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Drive CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, and release automation initiatives.
  • Identify manual engineering processes and improve them with reusable automation, engineering tooling, and workflow optimization.
  • Design and implement infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment automation solutions.
  • Improve observability through logging, monitoring, analytics, performance dashboards, and operational insights.
  • Develop automation supporting Windows environments and networking technologies including DHCP, DNS, TCP, and UDP.
  • Support virtualization and cloud platforms including VMware, Nutanix, AWS, and Azure.
  • Develop solutions using XML, JSON, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and React where applicable.
  • Conduct code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and lead software defect investigations through debugging, log analysis, and root cause analysis.
  • Evaluate and promote AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
  • Collaborate with Software, Verification, Systems Engineering, DevOps, IT, and Quality teams.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, and promote software engineering best practices through technical reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in software development, system automation, deployment automation, DevOps, or related engineering disciplines.
  • Strong experience in object-oriented programming, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation framework development, and Agile software development is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
