Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Advise on generative AI and machine learning best practices.
- Conduct product demonstrations for technical and business audiences.
- Run strategic business reviews in partnership with the sales team.
- Gather client goals and KPIs by interfacing with the pre-sales engineering team.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
- Identify and spearhead new opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
- Experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role with ML models or GenAI applications.
- Familiarity with public Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Understanding of LLM and Agentic frameworks such as Llamaindex and LangGraph.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Ability to learn quickly and tackle technical complexities in production ML deployments.
