Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements.
- Architect tailored solutions that integrate with the Workiva Platform.
- Build positive client and partner relationships while delivering standardized solutions.
- Develop expertise in financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva Platform.
- Mentor peers and Associates, guide best practices, and support onboarding.
- Influence business-process changes and provide customer feedback to product and professional services teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s-level undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- Four years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.
- Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
- Preferred experience with enterprise risk, financial planning, analytics and reporting solutions, SaaS or cloud technologies, data architectures, and the Workiva Platform.
- Consultant-level experience at a services company or public accounting firm is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus.
- Strong customer relationship management, communication, judgment, independent problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple services.
- Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
