Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy applications using Node.js and modern scripting frameworks for technical demonstrations.
- Develop AI agents using Model Context Protocol to showcase Avaya technology use cases.
- Implement agentic workflows, LLM integrations, MCP integrations, and modern AI patterns.
- Present polished technical demos to enterprise stakeholders and translate complex backend logic into business value.
- Integrate web technologies, RESTful APIs, and WebSocket services.
- Deploy and manage backend services across cloud-based and core network-engineered environments.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align demos with roadmap capabilities.
- Create working demonstrations to support RFP compliance and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Command of front-end technologies for visually polished and functional demonstrations.
- Node.js proficiency and experience with RESTful APIs and WebSocket integrations.
- Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, agentic processes, and rapidly learning new libraries.
- Experience with Azure networking and Google Cloud identity management, serverless functions, and scaling.
- Proactive approach to version control and documentation.
- Strong customer-facing communication, technical demonstration, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
- Prior demo development, developer relations, selling with demos, or relevant AI-integrated SaaS experience is preferred.
