Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of modular commerce applications using Java and Spring Boot microservices.
- Drive microservice architecture decisions focused on scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance.
- Develop reusable server-side code, domain models, business logic, and enterprise integrations.
- Coordinate backend services, frontend interfaces, and data flows for full-stack commerce experiences.
- Optimize application performance through profiling, database tuning, and service communication improvements.
- Configure and extend APIs and integration components for secure data exchange.
- Apply secure coding, input validation, access control, and data protection practices.
- Guide build, testing, and deployment steps for reliable continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, testers, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor less experienced engineers through reviews, design discussions, and pair programming.
- Coordinate defect analysis, root-cause investigation, corrective actions, and release support.
- Document technical designs, service contracts, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of professional software development experience, including substantial enterprise Java application work.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Spring Boot microservices, including service design, dependency management, configuration, and enterprise integration.
- Advanced Core Java and framework skills for robust, maintainable, object-oriented components.
- Experience with commerce full-stack engineering integrating backend services, frontend layers, and data stores.
- Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases, query optimization, and transaction handling.
- Understanding of unit, integration, and automated regression testing strategies.
- Familiarity with version-control workflows, branching, and code review processes.
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
