Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, test, debug, document, and support Salesforce solutions focused on OmniStudio and Flex Pages.
- Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flex Pages, Lightning Components, and Velocity templates.
- Design Salesforce solutions for grants management, case management, constituent engagement, business applications, and process automation.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate business, regulatory, and mission needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement data integration, enterprise data governance, reporting, search, performance monitoring, and Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
- Enable AI-driven capabilities using Salesforce Einstein and GenAI solutions.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and project stakeholders to integrate solutions with existing Salesforce environments.
- Maintain Salesforce best practices, code documentation, test classes, technical specifications, and product backlog refinement.
- Provide training and support to end users and serve as a technical lead and trusted advisor to federal stakeholders and executives.
- Ensure solutions align with FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA, and HHS security frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least 12 years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations in complex environments.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, APIs, and OmniStudio.
- Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Ability to resolve high-level software and application issues and write, interpret, and critique technical specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain and successfully complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or Public Trust clearance.
- Must have GC/EAD/US work authorization.
