Responsibilities
- Build and enhance core tax filing and compliance modules used by thousands of professionals.
- Develop backend and frontend components, APIs, interfaces, and integrations for a scalable and stable platform.
- Translate changing tax regulations and customer needs into reliable software with domain experts and product owners.
- Contribute to integrations with external systems and tools for tax advisory workflows.
- Maintain software quality through testing, refactoring, and continuous improvement.
- Use modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools responsibly where appropriate.
- Take ownership of meaningful platform components and contribute to technical decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of hands-on software development experience, ideally with .NET Core and Azure.
- Knowledge of modern web technologies such as Angular, React, or comparable frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex logic and data.
- Commitment to clean, maintainable code and software testing.
- Interest in using AI-assisted development tools responsibly.
- Fluent English and the ability to read and understand Dutch requirements texts; spoken Dutch is helpful but not required.
- Collaborative working style and ability to work with engineers, domain experts, and product owners.
