Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architecture, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, execute, and report on automated functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Improve and maintain reusable automation frameworks and libraries across technology stacks and business lines.
- Create test plans, test cases, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and automation backlogs.
- Track defects, resolutions, bug fixes, coverage metrics, risks, and deployment mitigation measures.
- Design and implement automated testing tools and software validation processes.
- Collaborate with development, Agile delivery, business, testing, support, and client teams.
- Develop strategies and tools to improve continuous deployment practices.
- Perform backend/database programming for key projects.
- Document automation processes, test cases, debug data, and performance reviews according to Wipro guidelines.
Requirements
- Mandatory Salesforce QA Automation skills.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing and executing functional, regression, and performance test automation.
- Ability to develop and maintain automation frameworks, reusable libraries, and validation tools.
- Ability to understand software requirements, architecture, application stacks, and system interdependencies.
- Ability to create technical specifications, test plans, test cases, and usage scenarios.
- Ability to track defects, resolve complex technical issues, and report quality and coverage metrics.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams, business subject matter experts, testers, users, developers, and clients.
- Ability to perform backend/database programming.
- Ability to document code and projects and follow Wipro standards and accepted design patterns.
