Responsibilities
- Collaborate with analysts, designers, project managers, and other teammates to design and deliver software solutions.
- Write clean, reusable code using practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, and design patterns.
- Build large-scale distributed systems from microservices and create innovative customer experiences.
- Use DevSecOps tools and practices to build and deploy software while advocating for a DevOps culture and shifting security left.
- Contribute across the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
- Assess team health, code quality, and nonfunctional requirements while driving engineering best practices.
- Mentor less-experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership.
Requirements
- Experience with Java, React, and AWS.
- Experience with AI skills and object-oriented programming.
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested, clean, and reusable code.
- Awareness of test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches or tools.
- Bonus experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Ability to influence others, advocate for technical excellence, and adapt to change.
- External technology community participation through speaking, open-source contributions, blogging, or similar activities.
