Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement scalable custom software components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Develop and troubleshoot solutions related to SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Use integration techniques and tools to connect SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components in enterprise environments.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting SAP SuccessFactors to other enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
