Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Break down ambiguous, high-stakes problems into clearly defined components.
- Leverage analytical skills to deliver products to D&I customers.
- Design workflows and define data models for customer missions.
- Train users and ensure Planet solutions are mission-critical.
- Translate operational requirements into actionable product feedback.
- Communicate technical capabilities in clear, mission-focused language.
- Rapidly prototype and adjust workflows to match operational needs.
- Collaborate with customer teams to understand workflows and mission priorities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience supporting D&I customers with systems integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software, Systems Engineering, or similar.
- Fluent in Golang, Python, PostgreSQL, and React or related technologies.
- Experience with cloud deployments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Solid problem-solving and systems thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn new technical domains and tools.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
- Fluency in translating between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with solving complex problems through analytical skills.
