Responsibilities
- Lead quality engineering activities across assigned projects, including test planning, strategy, validation, automation, and release readiness.
- Design, execute, and maintain integration tests covering systems, services, APIs, data flows, interfaces, and dependencies.
- Lead UI, API, backend, integration, and performance automation.
- Partner with product owners, developers, and delivery teams to clarify requirements, manage changes, identify risks, and ensure testability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across systems, applications, services, integrations, environments, and networks.
- Analyze workflows, remove bottlenecks, streamline procedures, monitor progress, and improve delivery processes.
- Communicate quality status, risks, dependencies, and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Mentor others, support proof-of-concepts, and promote scalable quality and coding practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience in quality engineering, test strategy, planning, automation, QA, and validation across complex technology programs.
- Hands-on experience with UI, API, backend, and integration automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and API automation frameworks.
- Strong experience in API integration testing, backend validation, web services, and system interoperability.
- Experience with API performance testing using tools such as Gatling and BlazeMeter.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across systems, applications, services, environments, and networks.
- Working knowledge of Git, Jira, XRay, Insomnia, and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Ability to lead teams, support proof-of-concepts, mentor others, and influence scalable quality practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, adaptable, continuous-improvement mindset.
