Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, monitor, and optimize Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flow automation solutions.
- Build end-to-end automations that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Integrate systems and applications using APIs, connectors, data flows, and Microsoft technologies.
- Support production automations and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain reliability and performance.
- Participate in solution design, testing, code reviews, documentation, governance, security, compliance, and release activities.
- Continuously improve existing automations and promote RPA and workflow automation best practices.
- Lead assigned technical projects or support activities, take ownership of solutions, and guide development work.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with global business and technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA, workflow automation, or Power Platform development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, process design, and RPA best practices.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, connectors, and data flows.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting production automation solutions.
- Experience leading a project or support team in a Technical Lead capacity.
- Ability to take technical ownership of solutions and guide development activities.
- Good English communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and global-team collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Preferred experience in risk management, compliance and governance, security operations, vulnerability management, network and infrastructure, or certificate management.
