Base Salary
$168k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-enabled tools and workflows to enhance productivity.
- Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems for reliable interoperability.
- Maintain and improve MCP connections and supporting infrastructure.
- Design automation solutions for manual or fragmented workflows.
- Support AI enablement sessions and develop repeatable workflows.
- Collaborate with Security to implement safe AI patterns.
- Manage systems supporting internal AI enablement using Terraform.
- Create documentation and technical guidance for AI adoption.
- Partner with various teams to prioritize opportunities and improve solutions.
- Balance quick wins with long-term maintainability for AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT engineering or related roles.
- Strong experience in designing and delivering internal tools and automations.
- Understanding of AI-enabled workflows and practical applications.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems and APIs into workflows.
- Proficiency in building API-driven services using Python or similar languages.
- Familiarity with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across various systems.
