Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a feature-flag and A/B-testing framework.
- Build and scale microservices for key growth features like referral program APIs.
- Instrument all services with real-time metrics, tracing, and logging.
- Own on-call rotations for growth services and define SLAs.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Design, and Analytics teams.
- Ensure all growth systems meet sub-100ms latency targets and maintain high uptime.
Requirements
- 7+ years of backend experience in building large-scale, high-availability systems.
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with on-chain data and decentralized application patterns is preferred.
- Strong system design and architecture skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
