Responsibilities
- Design and deliver secure, scalable software for business-critical public sector systems.
- Write quality code while contributing to architecture and technical strategy.
- Champion modern engineering standards and best practices, including CI/CD and DevSecOps.
- Mentor teammates and drive continuous improvement across teams.
- Work directly with customers to clarify complex requirements and deliver high-value solutions.
Requirements
- Hold active SC clearance and be eligible to obtain DV clearance.
- Have solid experience delivering production-grade systems in complex, highly regulated environments.
- Demonstrate mastery of at least one modern language such as Java, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Have hands-on experience with cloud and container technologies and a security-first development approach.
- Be confident influencing architecture decisions and driving technical improvement across teams.
