Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.
- Deliver greenfield projects and improve existing systems.
- Build APIs and engineer microservices for card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Develop business logic with an emphasis on clean, maintainable code and fast delivery.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to build products that support financial inclusion and global money movement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in backend development and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or another relevant science discipline.
- Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly with an ambitious and results-driven approach.
